Frequently asked
questions.
What our team hears most, answered before you need to ask. If anything is missing, WhatsApp is at the bottom of the page.
Getting started
Yes, and it is the most common case. We start from your objective, your audience and the region to recommend format, site and period. If you are not sure where to begin, the Brand presence diagnostic reads how present your brand is today and points to the next step.
It is, and this is the question we hear most. Out-of-home is not reserved for large brands: it is defined by location and by cycle. A company serving one neighbourhood or one region does not need the whole city, it needs the sites its customers pass every day.
The standard cycle is the bi-week, 14 days, and there are circuits organised by niche that concentrate the budget on the people who matter instead of spreading it thin. What sets the size of a campaign is the objective, not the size of the company.
The two solve different problems, and comparing them usually leads to the wrong choice. Social media speaks to people who already looked for you, or who look like the people who did. Out-of-home speaks to people who do not yet know you exist, and that is what feeds everything that comes after.
In Brazil, out-of-home reaches 89% of the population and is the second most consumed medium in the country. It does not compete with the performance budget: it grows the base of people who recognise the brand when the ad shows up on their screen.

We serve both. Agencies get specific terms, data organised by location and support in defending the plan. Direct advertisers get consultative service from planning through to the final report.
Yes. The sales team sends the full version on request, with locations, formats and specifications for every platform.

Formats and locations
There are nine platforms, split between static and digital. Front Light is the classic 18 m² billboard on urban roads, lit as standard, which is where the name comes from. Outdoor Digital is the LED screen with content changing in real time. MUB is newsstands and digital clocks organised into circuits by niche.
On the other static platforms lighting varies with the technical feasibility of each site, and the proposal states which of the selected sites are lit. Every platform has its own page with format, dimensions and location.
You can. Talk to our team and tell us which site interests you, and we will check availability and period. Each face belongs to a single advertiser, under Single Face, so every site has its own calendar.
If you want to see how your brand would look first, use the Your brand in OOH tool.
Curitiba, the Metropolitan Region, the Paraná coast, Joinville, Itajaí and Balneário Camboriú, plus the main highways of Paraná and Santa Catarina, among them BR-116, BR-277, BR-376 and BR-101.
Measurement and results
Yes. Every digital site has live cameras, with a dedicated team 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You follow the checking online and receive a weekly report with audience, impacts, average frequency and CPI, plus a qualitative analysis of the media booked.
With Wi-Fi tracking and eye tracking, which show where people move and who actually saw the piece. You receive impacts, average frequency, CPM, CPI and audience profile by gender, age bracket and income bracket.
It depends on the region and the objective. One reference example: a circuit of 40 faces delivers around 8.4 million impacts in 7 days, 18 million in 15 days and 36 million in 30 days.
Booking
The investment varies with format, region, number of sites and period. The proposal is built from your objective and the budget available, and you receive the options that fit what you intend to invest.
The standard out-of-home period is the bi-week, cycles of 14 days, with the option of rotating between sites over the course of the campaign. Highway panels built on demand have a minimum term of 15 months, because they involve construction and licensing.
You can send finished artwork or work with our team. For digital pieces: MP4 or MPEG-4 codec, 10 seconds, up to 10 MB, 6000 kbps and 60 fps. For printed pieces: RGB file at 150 ppi, delivered as PSD or AI.
We recommend little text, high contrast between background and type, and avoiding thin or serif fonts. A white or black background is not recommended.
The run over the booked period, maintenance of the structure, real-time monitoring and the proof: checking online and a report with audience, impacts, average frequency and CPI, plus qualitative analysis of the media. You do not pay separately for monitoring or for reporting.
The only line that falls outside that is the operating cost of highway panels, charged after the first 30 days of the run, and it appears in the proposal from the start.
No. The Single Face concept guarantees that each face is dedicated to a single advertiser. Beyond removing the fight for attention, it keeps your brand from appearing next to another one that has nothing to do with it.
We operate our own structure. At Afonso Pena International Airport, for example, we work on private land, with no concession assets, which gives us freedom of format and a speed the tender model does not allow.
Our sites are licensed and follow municipal decrees, including the standard 18 m² area in Curitiba. On exclusive panel projects, OM 360 Management includes legal consulting on licensing and on sizing within the regulations.
